You’ve been trying to change your life by changing your habits. But until you change who you are at your core, you’ll keep reverting back to your default setting. This is where that cycle ends.
But somewhere between the decision and the follow-through, something keeps pulling you back. You start strong, motivated, locked in, “this time is different” energy. Then a few weeks pass. The excitement fades. Life gets loud. And that voice creeps in: “Maybe this isn’t the right time. Maybe I need to do more research. Maybe I’m just not the kind of person who actually changes.”
So you stop. You pull back. And a few months later, you’re right back where you started — except now you’re carrying the extra weight of wondering what’s wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you. You just have a pattern. And no planner, ChatGPT prompt, or vision board is going to break it because the thing keeping you stuck isn’t on the surface. It’s underneath.
Here’s what nobody tells you about reinvention: your habits aren’t the problem. Your habits are a symptom.
The real reason you keep starting over is that there’s something at your identity level (a belief, a perspective, a story you’ve been carrying) that stands in direct opposition to the woman you’re trying to become. You’re trying to build a new life with an old operating system. And every time you push forward, that old system pulls you right back to default.
That’s why motivation fades. That’s why discipline doesn’t stick. That’s why you can set the goal, make the plan, and still ghost yourself halfway through. You’re not lacking willpower — you’re fighting yourself.
The Pivot SZN doesn’t start with your goals. It starts with you. Who you are underneath the habits, the patterns, and the stories you’ve been telling yourself. We change that first. Then the external shifts don’t just happen — they stick.
Every pattern that’s been keeping you stuck is running in the background like bad software. The self-doubt. The people-pleasing. The “I should be further along by now.” In this phase, we find it, name it, and remove it. We get honest about what you’ve been carrying, the old beliefs, the old identity, the old rules, and we let them go. You can’t install a new operating system on top of a corrupted one.
This is where the deep identity work happens. We don’t just delete the old patterns — we replace them. New beliefs. New self-trust. A new internal operating system that supports the woman you’re becoming instead of sabotaging her. This is the phase where who you are on the inside starts catching up to where you’re trying to go. By the end of this phase, following through starts feeling like who you are.
This is where the new you meets real life. We take everything you’ve rebuilt and apply it directly to the goal that brought you here — the career change, the relocation, the financial reset, whatever it is. Why? This is when new resistance shows up. The fears you couldn’t see before. The doubts that only surface when you’re actually moving. That’s not a sign it’s not working, that’s the final layer, and usually where people get stuck. We’ll work through it together, in real time, so you don’t retreat back to your old defaults when it gets uncomfortable. This is where you prove to yourself that the new version isn’t just an idea. She’s operational.

I’m Ambar Paloma, and I rebuilt my entire life in my 30s: where I lived, what I did for work, and who I became.
I went from stuck, burned out, and questioning if this was all there really was to life, to living a life beyond my wildest imagination. I didn’t get here through crazy discipline or motivation. I got here because I did deep identity transformation. Now I help women do the same.
I’m also the host of The Pivot Season podcast and the creator of the Break the Pattern framework. I don’t just coach from theory, I coach from experience.
Most coaching focuses on goals and accountability. The Pivot SZN goes deeper, we work at the identity level, which is why the changes actually last. If your past experience focused on what to do but not who to become, this will feel very different. Participants who show up have seen progress. We will stay open about the pace that works for you so you can stay the course.
That’s completely fine. A lot of women come in knowing something needs to change but not exactly what. Month 1 is designed for exactly that, getting clear on what you’re leaving behind and what you actually want now.
The program is built for women with full lives. One of the reason “perfect” plans fail is because they don’t take your real life into account. I built my business while juggling a 120-lb weight loss journey and working a demanding 9-to-5. I designed this program with that in mind. Calls are bi-weekly, Voxer is flexible, and the work between sessions will be tailored to fit your real life so you continue to make progress that feels sustainable.
Some clients do therapy and coaching simultaneously depending on their needs. But if it becomes clear that what you need is therapeutic support in this season, I will always be honest about that. Your wellbeing comes first.
You’ll fill out a short application so I can learn about where you are and what you’re working toward. If we’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to start the program.
